Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General
Buy with confidence! EcoNour guarantees customer satisfaction with their purchase. Customers who receive defective products can apply for a return, refund, or replacement application directly on our website on the Contact Us Page.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@econour.com or Visit the Contact Us page. EcoNour support will send you a reply within 24 - 48 working hours.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the item is returned to the EcoNour warehouse, EcoNour will proceed with the refund process.
- Returns must include all accessories
- The original package should be intact
- For quality-related warranty claims, EcoNour refunds the cost of the product itself
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Note: Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shopper returns of Buy with Prime orders
Your shoppers can return Buy with Prime orders by following these steps:
- Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.
- Choose Order Details to see the order details page.
- Choose Return on the order details page.
Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered. - Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.
- Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.
When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent. - From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.
- Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
